The second most populated neighbourhood in West Kelowna, Rose Valley is packed with parks and trails to enjoy the outdoors and two excellent elementary schools.

Mission Hill/Sunnyside

Shannon Lake

If you like golfing, fishing, and hiking, Shannon Lake is the place for you. Coupled with mountain views and top-notch middle and elementary schools, it’s a great neighbourhood for young families.

Smith Creek

Feel out of town while still being close to town. Smith Creek has a farm feel and access to amazing local produce. Small farms operate in the area, but you’ll be just a hop, skip, and a jump from the urban amenities of West Kelowna.
