Video survey
We never have to enter your home physically; virtually walk us through your house, showing us everything you need to be moved or packed. And rest assured, as the content experts, we will virtually check under the stairs, in the cupboards, etc., and ask the right questions. Lastly, we will send you your Virtual Survey results for confirmation. So, if you left the trampoline out, we’ve got you covered and can easily update.
Electronic Signing
eSign from anywhere, any time—safely and securely.
With our touchless electronic signature, there are no wait times—live time document signing—and no paper waste (everything is electronically stored). Everything from the survey results, quotes, moving conditions, and more is done by electronic signing. This means you can safely secure the moving days you want faster versus waiting and possibly losing out due to limited capacities.
3-business day dispatch
Gone are the days of finding out a day before that you’re moving trucks are arriving tomorrow. We’ve improved our communication and now provide more advanced notification of crew arrival time to make moving easier and stress-free. Now, you have 3-business days to dot the i's and cross the t's; book the elevator, reserve the parking spaces, pack up those last-minute items, etc. Plus, our movers will be ready, more than ever, to help you move.
